We are seeking an HR Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience at a well known luxury accessories company. This is a temp position that can go perm. It is flexible 3 days in Wilton and 2 days at home. They also have a NYC office and a split between CT. and NYC is an option. Please have experience with:
- implementing and administering policies, ensuring consistency in delivery of all HR programs and policies.
- Assist all pre-employment activities, including conducting background checks, collection of employment paperwork, preparing onboarding materials and finalizing systems set-up.
- Enter new hire data into digital platforms. SAP Success Factors and Insperity.
- Stay up to date with all federal, state and local laws to remain compliant in all locations.
- Collect and analyze all leave of absence requests, effectively interpreting federal, state, and/or local implications and company policies.
- Assist PEO and HR Manager with anything related to benefits through PEO, 401k plan, DCRA plan, and the Company’s Vision and Physical Fitness reimbursement program. Communicating with vendors if necessary. 50-60k
